FAQ

How do you know I'm doing the exercises right?

During our 1:1 assessment, I'll also have you practice main movement patterns (like a squat, deadlift, plank, etc.) so we can make real-time adjustments to use throughout the program. On top of that, I ask that everyone sends me videos of their exercises. I'll record myself giving feedback so you can see your form corrections through my eyes. I find that this is extremely effective in teaching you how to correct your own form even after this program is finished.

Is the program easy to access from my phone?

Yes! Most of the program is ran through my app. Within the app you'll not only be able to track your workouts and see video demos, but you'll also have access to message me 1:1! I also get notified when you complete your goals/workouts so i can give support, encouragement, or a little nudge when needed. People love the accountability of this!

I'm nervous to sign up for another program where it ends, and I have no idea what to do next.

I completely understand. You probably don't want to pay hundreds of $ per month for the rest of your life! The goal of this program is to leave you with long-term sustainable skills. I want you to walk away feeling confident about HOW to continue forward! Throughout the program you'll learn how to manage pain during workouts, how to progress, how to structure your own workouts, how to correct your form, how to plan your weeks, and how to balance strength, cardio, mobility, stretching, etc! On top of this, you'll have lifetime access to my evergreen suite of info that we use throughout the program (meaning as I continue to update/add to it, you'll get all of that too!), AND you'll get continued access to the evergreen mobility routines I give you in the program! You hopefully won't need it, but if you WANT continued support after the program, there will be options for that as well :)
